Craft Fair & Santa Shop at the Settlement

Description

The Settlement's annual Craft Fair will take place in the Frink Gym.  Vendors will have handmade items to sell for last minute Christmas gifts.

Along with the craft fair will be Santa’s Secret Shop where children can shop from a variety of gifts for adults and children, all between $1 and $7 each, with the help of "elves."

Parents register their children at the Craft Fair in the gym, listing the people who their children should buy gifts for and the amount to spend on each.  Then, the children are escorted to the Clubhouse and allowed to pick items for the people on the list with the help of our Elves. The gifts can be wrapped and parents pay the total amount due at the end.

If you would like to participate as a vendor, please email the Settlement’s office at PioneerSettlement@panhandlepioneer.us. Items for sale must be HANDMADE crafts. The deadline to reserve is November 1st. An 8’ by 8’ space can be reserved for $15.00 A 16’ x 8’ Space can be reserved for $25.00 Spaces with access to electricity are available Once the space reservation fee has been received, your reservation will be confirmed and locked in.
