TERMS & CONDITIONS
Important Update for 2025
Due to the temporary closure of Magnolia Square, this year’s event will take place just down the road at Depot Park. Please note the following adjustments:
- Limited Electrical Outlets: Electrical outlets are more limited this year because of the temporary change in venue. If you require electricity, please indicate this on your application. Approved requests will receive an invoice for $10.
- Generators Allowed: Generators must fit within your assigned 10’ x 12’ space. If additional room is needed for your generator, please register for more than one vendor space. Be sure to note if you will be using a generator on your application. (Kindly note you will not be allowed to set up a generator if you don't indicate you'll be using one on your application, as we'll be assigning spaces to ensure proper spacing and minimize noise.)
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make adjustments for this year’s location change!
Vendor Specifications
- Space Size: Each vendor space is approximately 10' x 12'. No part of your setup may extend beyond this space (including tent poles, tie-downs, trailer hitches, generators, etc.). If you require more than 10' x 12', please register for more than one space as we anticipate selling out.
- Setup Materials: Vendors must supply their own tens, tables, chairs, etc.
- Electrical Access: Available on a first-come, first-served basis for a $10 fee. See the Important Update for 2025 above for more information.
- Generator Guidelines: See the Important Update for 2025 above.
- Setup & Breakdown:
- Vendors should be set up no later than 8:45 a.m. Saturday morning and may start breaking down at 2:00 p.m.
- Vehicles should be removed from the event site by 8:15 a.m. Most vendors will not be able to pull directly up to their space. Wagons or dollies are encouraged.
- Each vendor is responsible for their own trash. Please leave your space as you found it.
- Vendor Commitment: Vendors agree to stay for the entire duration of the event.
- Space Assignment: Vendors will receive space numbers and a map of the layout via email on Thursday, April 24.
